你该怎样要求他人帮忙呢！是不是 讲：“Can you help me.”

天气很热，你指示你的属下：“ Open the window?”或者“Switch on the fan!” 或者“Switch on the air-conditioner!”

这是一般的惯用语。

也许，你可用“Would you mind…….”来求他人帮忙，语气会显得客气多。 如下：

“ Would you mind helping me?”

“ Would you mind opening the window.”

“ Would you mind switching on the fan.”

“ Would you mind switching on the air-conditioner.”

记得“Would you mind”的跟随的是动名词（gerund），那就是ing的动名词如helping, opening, switching 等等。 如你说 “ Would you mind switch on the fan?” 就错了。
