In one of the shopping malls in Penang, signage of "VIP Parking" can be seen at the walkway or pedestrian walk. What does it mean?
It means that you can pay much higher parking fees if you want to park your car at the walkway just in front of the main entrance of the shopping mall.
Had the safety of the users walkway been compromised? Convenience of the visitors can be ignored when there is a big crowd?
Illegal parking can be legalized with payment of higher parking fees?
Obstacles or hindrance right in front of the entrance is not a problem with payment of parking fee?
The Authorities need to educate us , we the unknown, on the SOP adopted by the Authorities!
