Would like to

用英语来表达“要”，一般人多会想到“want”。

如我要一杯咖啡。我们会说：“I want a cup of coffee.”

我要一些甜品。我们会讲：“I want some desserts.”

文法没错。但如果我们用上“would like”来代替“want”会比较客套些！

I would like to have some coffee

I would like to have some desserts.

相反的，要请对方喝茶，喝咖啡。我们不用 “ Do you want some coffee?”

我们可用 “Would you like to have some coffee ?”

要请对方或朋友喝茶吃东西，除了用“ I would like to treat you a cup of coffee.”我们也可用“offer”来代替“treat”。 I would like to offer you a cup of coffee.

你可不可以请我喝咖啡，我们说: “ Would you mind offering a cup of coffee to me?”
