what is the difference between crispy and not cooked??

At first, a judge commented on the food , a famous “ Chicken Rendang “ dish which was popular among the people in South East Asia prepared by a contestant as not crispy. His comments on this rendang immediately drew disapproval and rebuke from people of walks of life especial from South Asian people.

Sensing the displeasure from the people, amid backlash over his comments on chicken rendang he changed his tone to: “I said the skin wasn't crispy. I didn't mean it should be fried, like a fried chicken. What I meant was it wasn't cooked and it simply wasn't."

He was trying to fool ourselves by misleading us. Even a layman knows between “Crispy “ and “ not cooked “. They are totally different. I just can’t believe a cook by profession can make this statement.
